There is another attorney and conveyancer with the name “Hans Jurie Zietsman” from Mossel Bay, Western Cape Province, South Africa who was convicted of fraud and theft.  His name was struck off the roll of attorneys and conveyancers of the High Court of South Africa in December 2010.

I am not the aforementioned “Hans Jurie Zietsman”.

I never practiced law in Mossel Bay, Western Cape Province, South Africa. My name was not struck off the roll of attorneys and conveyancers of the High Court of South Africa.

I am an admitted attorney and conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa, and I am in good standing with the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.

This is confirmed by the following:

• A Letter of Good Standing from the Legal Practice Council of South Africa, dated 5 February 2019.
• Court Order by the High Court of South Africa that admitted me as Attorney and Conveyancer of the court on 6 August 2007.
